Terms and Conditions of Reservation Fee
1. Definitions
- "The Dealer" means one of the dealerships owned and operated by Parkway Derby Limited
- "Customer" means the person who made the reservation and wished for the goods to be supplied
- "Vehicle" means the car or light commercial vehicle that the Customer wishes to reserve
- "Reservation Fee" means the amount paid by the customer to make a Reservation for the Vehicle
- "Working Day" means Monday to Friday except bank or public holidays in England or Wales
2. Reservation is only available…
Reservation is only available for vehicles advertised on www.parkwayvolkswagen.co.uk . All reservations will be subject to availability.
3. The Reservation Fee must be paid…
The Reservation Fee must be paid by credit or debit card and the Customer must provide their:
- a. name
- b. postal address
- c. telephone number
- d. email address
4. The vehicle will be Reserved for 48 hours
5. The Dealer will make contact within 24 hours
6. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit…
7. Cancellation
A cancellation of the Reservation Fee can be made at any time during the Reserved period. The Reservation Fee will be refunded within five working days to the card used for the Reservation.
