Parkway Volkswagen in Derby is looking to recruit a part-time Contact Centre Advisor to cover maternity leave and there is a strong possibility that these roles will become permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a long established, family run, reputable Main Dealer.
You will need to be customer-focussed with great attention to detail, possess an excellent telephone manner, be PC literate and proactive, and have the ability to work as part of a team.
You will be required to maintain the high standards of customer service that are kept within the department and follow a set routine to ensure unity between calls.
The role is mainly answering incoming service-related calls, making outbound calls and processing online booking enquiries. You must work efficiently and be able to work under pressure during busy periods.
You will be joining a friendly team, responsible for talking to the dealerships’ aftersales customers and booking vehicles into their Service Departments. You will work individually and as part of a team ensuring that customer expectations and high standards of customer service are met.
The applicants will be polite, self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
You will need to have a friendly personality with the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. A good telephone manner is essential.
Part Time: Monday to Thursday 4pm – 7pm and Saturdays 10am – 2pm.
