Parkway Volkswagen in Northampton is looking to recruit a new Product Advisor/Driver.

Ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times, the key responsibilities will include:
Arranging & confirming customer bookings & requirements
Arranging the collection and delivery of customers' vehicles
Keeping customers informed of the progress of their vehicle by pro-actively contacting customers to update them
Selling additional products, services and repair works through the use of professional and customer focussed sales techniques
Tackling your work methodically and systematically by receiving and registering payments for work carried out, ensuring that the correct company procedures are adopted
Maximising customer awareness of all Parkway services
Maintaining excellent standards of departmental support
Required Experience:
A full UK driving license
An understanding of exceptional customer service
A commitment to selling extra value
Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
Good IT
skills
Benefits:
We offer a competitive basic salary of £20,000 with on target earning of £23,000
